Cast-free foundations / buried foundations

These are ready-made and adapted elements that are easily assembled and screwed into posts/other elements that are to be lowered into the ground. Foundation work is carried out at depth level in accordance with the installation instructions and the equipment with cast-free buried foundations mounted on it is placed in accordance with the installation instructions. Then it is refilled around the posts with compressible mass.

Releases cast/concrete and compared to foundations for cast, less time will be required for installation.
The equipment can be moved and reused - the most environmentally friendly solution.
Burial foundations can be recycled after use.
Cannot be used on all types of products.
Standard on some products (included in the price).

Cast-free foundations ensure safety and stability in the same way as cast foundations. For this reason, cast-free foundations cannot be used on equipment that is exposed to large moment forces and/or where posts/posts are placed in such a way that they may pose a risk of instability over time (for example posts in line). Certain products may have a combination of cast and non-cast foundations (partially cast-free).

The concept has been in use for almost 50 years and ensures safety and stability throughout the product's lifetime.

Foundations for surface mounting

These are foundations that are bolted/screwed into a precast surface/concrete cover. The foundations are dimensioned to ensure safety and stability during hard use throughout the product's lifetime.

When choosing surface foundations, specify the desired length from the concrete cover to the upper side of the fall base.

Foundation for casting

Foundation for casting is included as standard in most products. This mainly consists of bolts/screws and pieces. The screws are screwed into the posts to prevent them from loosening from the cast mass. Some products also have barrier pipes that are also screwed on and cast down.

Included in the price for most products.
Recommended method for products that must withstand high torque forces such as Pull-up or Bird's nest stands.
